Updated General Plan 2045 Land Use Plan

The project team recently updated the 2045 General Plan Land Use Plan based on community feedback and Council direction.
This included adjustments to the Land Use Plan map in response to community comments regarding interfaces between zones. Particularly the interfaces between multi-family and lower-density uses on the eastern side of El Camino Real (between San Benito Road and just north of San Anselmo Road) and between single-family uses and the area along Ramona Road (southwest corner of the Del Rio Road interchange area).
